Blob 'o meat...redefined!
You have no idea what an accomplishment this is for me! I CAN make a meatloaf that keeps it shape....and tastes good to boot. So, on this momentous occasion, I have photographed (i.e. documented for all mankind) my most prized meatloaf to date. [Also, for any of you that don't know...I have had prior meatloafs that come out of the oven looking just like "a blob of meat"--hence the loving term "blob 'o meat" above ;)]

Ahhh, and what a fine "blob o' meat" it is. . . LOL! I really like the peppers thrown in for color. . . Martha Stewart envies you.
